Abstract: The present study considers how the job embeddedness and all the critical aspects associated with women entrepreneurial leadership. Women entrepreneurs aspire to set new trends, exercise influence, navigate required changes and build on new strategies to impact their families, communities and organizations. In keeping pace with the changes, embedded of Women entrepreneurs pave the way for economic empowerment and development. This study attempts to capture the essence of success of women entrepreneurs in a highly globalized economy.
