dc.description.abstract	Entrepreneurship leads to the creation of small and medium scale business. Providing employment opportunities income generation and utilization of human material and financial resources of a country in the right direction. This study states that the factors which influence the respondent’s opinion towards various schemes. The objective is to know about that which is the schemes Favourable for entrepreneurs introduced by central government. The 100 questionnaires are done by entrepreneurs whose are utilizing the scheme provided by central government Friedman rank is used to know the respondent’s opinion about the schemes. The result of the study states that the preference for Central Government loans is to avail Government Subsidy	en_US
