Abstract:	Entrepreneurs play a key role in any economy so, this study is all about to analyse the factor that influence the entrepreneur to approach the loan provided by the central government. The objective is to know why the entrepreneur prefer loan provided by government. The data is collected from the mannered questionnaire with 100 entrepreneurs. Correlation is used for to know the factor that influenced entrepreneur to approach the loan. The result of the study was found that the Government Subsidy are the major consideration for approaching Government loan.
