dc.description.abstract | A healthy mind is a healthy body”. People to keep themselves healthier they undertake breathing exercise, physical exercise, yoga, meditation and so forth. Here the study attempts to analyze one among the popular practice, meditation, which keeps mind and the body healthier, and its impact on emotional intelligence. Data was collected through questionnaire from the sample of 60 meditators in Vellakovil, Tirupur District of Tamilnadu. The result of the study revealed that there is significant relationship between the span of time in meditation and stress tolerance level. | en_US |
