dc.description.abstract | Herbal textiles are one of the many textile products with unique qualities that are utilized for several applications. The creation of novel technologies that can assist end users by boosting their health and appearance and giving them a sense of relaxation and happiness is required due to shifting fashion, cosmetic, and aesthetic trends. Herbal textiles are created by finishing fabricswith herbal extracts. Textiles with enhanced antimicrobial properties are used in a range of items for health and hygiene, clothing worn near to the skin, and other medical applications for barrier and infection control. This article shows clear picture on producing herbal textiles using medicinal herbs and standard testing procedures for figuring out fabric qualities for herbal finished textiles such that they more accurately reflect fabric characteristics in actual usage which maintains an eco-friendly textiles leads to sustainability. | en_US |
