A practicing doctor is a part time radio jockey and freelance content developer plays snooker for his state. Infact the forte of these young professionals is multi tasking. And if a rigid workplace does not allow them the flexibility, they look for an alternative job. With predictions of huge labor shortage being made now and again it is better not to irk this present generation, which is all set to take over the corporate world. The solution lies in offering flexible work option a tool that has been used by companies for employee motivation and retention.en_US
