Abstract: This analysis is based upon the employees’ perception about the various companies in America. These companies provide various benefits to its employees such as life insurance, child care facility, children education allowance etc. Based on that, they are ranked from 1- 7. The count of employees is based upon the factors such as CSR activities and year of existence of the companies. Some employees may choose their company based upon their year of existence. But some may choose their companies based upon their responsibility towards employees. This analysis is made to find the most reliable factor. This paper also analyzes the CSR activity and business model of the company in order to find which business model provides best CSR activities to their employees.
