The study entitled as”Bio informatics Tools” is based on the sequence generation of DNA of various Bacterial culture using the Bio informatics Tools developed using the software like RasMol, MEGA7/5. This sequencing is done by collecting the DNA from the bacteria. The Bacteria undergoes the isolation process to verify the presence of DNA. By using the MEGA7/5 software the Phylogenetic tree is constructed with the aid of the sequenced DNA. RasMol supports in creating a 3D structure of the protein components. These settlements were done using the tools NCBI,EMBL and FASTA,BLAST. The main objective of the study was carried out with two bacteria such as E-coli (Escherchia coli) and Klebsiella pneumoniae. These bacterial culture was put to the process of isolation to generate the DNA sequence and the Phylogenetic tree was constructed further.en_US
