Abstract

Women leadership is a delicate balancing act but women are capable of building an inclusive, collaborative and transformational work environment with leadership styles that are highly effective and encourage individuals and organizations to flourish. Hence sociological barriers in women leadership have become a major topic for research studies. The specific problem addressed in this study is to examine the impact of sociological barriers in women leadership.
