Abstract: Stress is a reaction to an incentive that irritates our physical and mental equilibrium. In other words, it’s an infinite part of life. Stress has been shown to be either directly or indirectly responsible for early and untimely deaths through heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, and a multitude of other stress related illnesses. The study focused on analysis of work stress among employees in retail store. Employees in retail have to balance the expectations of management and customers. Stress is a potential method of reducing the negative effects of retail role stressors may help to further our understanding of how to better manage retail employees.
