Abstract: In the current examination, silver nanoparticles were synthesized properly and in a perfect manner with green production procedure using Mangifera indica (Mango) leaves and established lucratively customized in all cases. The band gap energy was considered as 393 nm from the spectral conjugated value, which established the manufactured model as the standard Ag nanoparticles. The silver NPs grown by solvothermal method extorted from plant leave and is analyzed for cancer, bacterial, as well as fungi and also for mechano-tribology work as well as electronic filter work. The electronic filter influx for macro is 2.4325 and nano is 2.7692 microns, respectively, as an electronic tool especially for opto-electronics type. The tribological data provided represents the wear and tear and also the mechano use for stress-enhanced value after nano Ag coatings. The HeLa cell lines' effectiveness of the silver sample is well approved and confirmed using the data analysis and the assay prepared. In the future, the harboring as well as other bio remediation against such as tumor, malarial using this sample is properly enabled.
