Abstract: Lean manufacturing also known as Toyota Production Systems was first introduced by Toyota. Lean manufacturing is acknowledged as Value additive Process by eliminating all wastes by Proper Process Management. Now days, almost all sectors industries are trying to implement Lean in their Organization while MSME's are struggling to implement these techniques. Hence, this paper has attempted to understand the tools and techniques of lean and to explore the Critical Issues of Lean Implementation in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
