Abstract:	Finance is necessary to promote a business, purchase fixed assets, buy raw material, produce goods, and market them. Financial analysis is the estimation of the viability, stability and profitability of an organisation. The main objective of this study is to have a complete financial analysis of Britannia and Parle. Leverage is used as a main tool for this complete financial analysis. Income Statement of past five years is been used as a secondary tool for this study
